EXTRACURRICULAR EVENT INFORMATION
Hello Bulldog fans!!!!
Now that school is back in session, we wanted to provide an update on SGF extracurricular events. Know that we strive to provide a positive experience for our athletes, students, and fans, but we cannot accomplish this without your help. We would like to remind all spectators of the following rules for attending events for all SGFCSD-sponsored extracurricular events this year.
NYSPHSAA
Sportsmanship is an expectation.
Let the players play.
Let the coaches coach.
Let the officials officiate.
Fans should be loud, be proud and be positive!
Spectators should be supporting their teams and players in a positive and encouraging fashion. Any spectator who is engaged in vulgar, profane or abusive conduct - including language - will be removed from our event.
Any spectator in GRADE 8 or below MUST be accompanied by an adult in order to attend ANY event. Students will not be permitted entry without proper supervision. The accompanying adult must be present in order for students to enter and be accessible to the student for the duration of the event.
FIGHTING - ANY individual(s) who engage in a fight or physical confrontation at one of our events will be banned from extracurricular attendance for the entirety of the school year.
Keep all items that are not permitted on school grounds at home (alcohol, tobacco products, drugs, paraphernalia, weapons, etc.).
Sporting equipment is not permitted and will be confiscated.
Spectators and family are not permitted on the field or court of play at any time (pre-game, in-game, post-game).
Mechanical noise makers - such as air horns and megaphones - are not permitted at any event.
Throwing of debris - such as confetti - is prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
Pick up your trash at the end of the game and place it in an appropriate receptacle.
Whether you are attending games at SGFCSD or other schools, please review the Section 2 Spectator Guidelines prior to the game: SECTION 2 SPECTATORS CODE OF CONDUCT.
