Schooltool
In an effort to give parents/guardians better access to their students’ information, the district will be creating Schooltool Parent Portal accounts for families that do not yet have them.
Schooltool is the online information system the district uses to manage student records, including current address and contact information and the Parent Portal will allow families to view this information, and to contact teachers if necessary. The Parent Portal will show student schedule, attendance, and discipline data. It also shows grades and assignments at the secondary level. Students in middle and high school already have access to Schooltool to view their assignments and grades.
The account will be automatically for the primary contact attached to each child using the email address currently in the system. If you have multiple children, you will use one account to view all of them. Additional contacts can request a Parent Portal account by filling out this form.
Families who already have a Parent Portal account will not receive an email and no further action is required. Families with a new account will be receiving an email with login and password information in the near future for each child. Once you have successfully logged into your Parent Portal account, please review your child’s information.
Once your account is set up you can go to https://schooltool9.neric.org/SchoolTool_SGFS/ to log in.
How to Begin
You must have an email address to register. Each person can only have one email address in the system.
Once you submit the online form, you will receive confirmation and login information from the district.
